Additionally, real-time notifications were integrated to keep parents informed about their child’s activities. The web/admin module was also designed to save time for employees and administrators alike.
Kiddy has received excellent feedback from both parents and caregivers. The app has been praised for its ease of use and how it streamlines communication between families and employees. In a survey conducted by research organization SINTEF, 77% of parents said Kiddy made communication a lot better, and 83% said the multilingual feature helped them receive information they would not otherwise have understood.
